Welcome to the 2023/24 Coach, Team Managers and Volunteer application!

This application session will allow you to complete contact information our association needs to make sure you are qualified to volunteer with FYHA. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

Completion of this application does not mean you are automatically approved by FYHA to Coach, be Team Manager or Volunteer.  A Board member or the Association's Head Coach will contact you to discuss and confirm FYHA's acceptance of your generous offer to become involved.

Volunteers, be they as Coaches, Team Managers, Locker Room Attendees, Board or Committee members, are the life blood of an organization and organizations like Flagstaff Youth Hockey, so in advance thank you for your application.

USA HOCKEY REQUIREMENT

Each Coach, Team Manager, Volunteer must register first with USA Hockey and then return to this Registration Session to signup for the 2023-2024 Season. USA Hockey registration for the 2023-2024 season opens April 3rd, 2023.

• Step 1:  CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register.  Be sure to PRINT and SAVE your confirmation code. 
• Step 2:  Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.
